Course description ETSI has developed TISPAN as a standards environment delivering the same functions for converged Next Generation fixed networks. Multi-media services over third generation mobile networks is supported by IMS and TISPAN integrates this with new fixed next generation infrastructures. Broadcast and multicast delivery of video and television will further expand the capabilities.
